The Plastics Division has developed a single-dose system which guarantees a 40-45% improvement in moisture barrier properties, in addition to improved oxygen barrier performance. These breakthrough results have been certified by tests and analyses performed by experts at CSI, a specialist laboratory for product certification and quality assurance, in accordance with the ASTM E96/E96M-05 standard test method.
Furthermore, the materials used comply with European Pharmacopoeia specifications.

In addition to its extremely high barrier performance, this pack requires no modifications to existing filling lines, an advantage for manufacturers who do not have to invest resources in additional plant or machinery.
