The Plastics Division can offer complete packaging solutions thanks to its huge experience and the use of the most sophisticated technologies: injection and compression for closures and accessories production, extrusion-blowing and injection-stretching-blowing for containers production.
Compression ensures high production performance.
Injection ensures high definition of printed parts.
For bottles, on the other hand, the injection-stretching-blowing technique is used, which ensures high bio-orientation of resin molecules, thus allowing for the production of thin-walled high-resistance containers.
Other secondary processing phases include assembly and decoration. Colours combinations and technologies available for the diversification of products, such as hot printing, silkscreen printing and metallizing are particularly important. |
